There is no after-hours surcharge, ever, not even on a holiday weekend when the thermostat in a Cypress Landing two-story reads 86. Satisfaction is guaranteed. None of those are promotions; they’re how Cook’s operates, and an offer sits on top of them.
When the Lake City calendar produces one
A family-owned shop runs specials when the schedule has room, not when a national marketing calendar says so. For Columbia County that tends to mean three windows: late winter, before the pollen and the first hot week, when a tune-up or replacement can be scheduled on a quiet day; midsummer, when a Lennox manufacturer promotion lines up with peak demand; and autumn, when the first freeze is weeks away and heat-pump checks are the sensible call. An offer on this page always carries a start date, an end date and the exact service or equipment it applies to.
Beside the co-op or FPL, not instead of them
A Cook’s offer is separate from utility money. If you’re on Clay Electric outside the city limits, the co-op’s heat-pump rebate is paid to you as a member and doesn’t depend on our promotion. Inside Lake City, Five Points and Watertown, FPL’s program credits qualifying systems installed through enrolled contractors; where Cook’s stands on enrollment is a question for Jerry. Offer questions from Lake City
Do offers apply to manufactured homes out in the county, or only to site-built houses?
Both, unless an offer says otherwise in writing. Roughly a third of Columbia County’s homes are manufactured, and the equipment that fits them is on the same price list as everything else.
If an offer ends on a Friday and my install is the following week, which price do I get?
The offer price, as long as the estimate was signed while it was running. The signature date counts, not the date the truck arrives, because our schedule from Palm Coast shouldn’t cost you the discount.
Can a Lake City business use a residential offer on a small rooftop unit?
Sometimes. Offers tied to Lennox residential equipment don’t transfer to commercial units, but service and maintenance specials often do.
